FMAudit has an excellent Support Team in place. You can call or email with any question/concern you have.
Our Support Team can be reached by phone at 573.632.2461 x4 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our regular business hours are 8:00am–6:00pm CST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
We also have an ECi Support Portal where you can log support requests and review your support history.
