At FMAudit®, one of our primary goals is to help our customers make the most out of our software. We believe that outstanding training and technical support are instrumental to achieving this goal.
Implementation and Training
Training is a major contributor to the successful implementation and optimization of your software. We are committed to providing you with the tools and support necessary to ensure your success. Our implementation and training includes weekly group webinars, individual training sessions, and detailed training videos. All training sessions are recorded and are available for your review.
FMAudit has an excellent Support Team in place. You can call or email with any question/concern you have.

We also have an ECi Support Portal where you can log support requests and review your support history.

FMAudit offers Professional Services designed to help you increase efficiency and maximize profits. We manage the system for you so that you can focus on customers. It is a higher level of training, support and best practices that includes:

- Business consultation
- A plan to keep the software in line with your business practices whenever FMAudit is updated
- Marketing Strategies
- Bi-monthly updates to your Progress Analysis
